VIP Warranty Refund Policy: What You Need to Know
At VIP Warranty, we want to make sure our customers are always informed and comfortable with their coverage. If you ever decide to cancel your plan, here’s how our refund policy works:
Standard Refund Policy:
- Cancellation Process: When you choose to cancel your vehicle service contract, coverage will continue until the end of the paid period—whether that’s monthly or annually.
- No Further Payments: After the current coverage period ends, no additional automatic payments will be withdrawn. This means you won’t be charged for future coverage once you’ve canceled your plan.
How It Works for Different Plans:
- Monthly Plans: If you cancel during the month, you’ll continue to receive coverage until the end of that month. No further monthly payments will be charged after that.
- Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan, you’ll remain covered for the full year, and no further payments will be processed once the year ends.
What You Can Expect:
- Seamless Transition: We make it easy to cancel your plan, and you’ll still get the coverage you’ve paid for through the end of the current billing period.
- No Unwanted Charges: Rest assured that once you cancel, there will be no surprise charges or future payments.
At VIP Warranty, our goal is to make sure you’re satisfied with your coverage, and we believe in clear, straightforward terms for cancellation and refunds. If you ever have questions or need assistance with your plan, our customer service team is always here to help.
